目的对比并且分析高角、低角以及均角垂直面型人群间的息止颌位差异。方法临床依据受试者的头颅侧位定位片的SN-MP角不同,收集高角、均角以及低角正常咬合受试者各20名,测量受试者的息止颌间隙,同时拍摄受试者息止颌位时的头颅侧位定位片并测量SN-MP’角,数据进行统计分析。结果高角组、低角组受试者的息止颌间隙与均角组方差分析P<0.05,高角组以及低角组人群的息止颌间隙与均角组存在差异,低角组人群的息止颌间隙最大,均角组次之,高角组最小。各组受试者SN-MP’值比较,高角组的SN-MP’值与均角组比较方差分析P<0.05,其分布具有差异,低角组SN-MP’值与均角组SN-MP值P>0.1,无统计学差异。所有受试者的息止颌间隙与SN-MP角线性回归分析统计计算得出参数R=-0.72136,两者具有线性负相关。结论不同垂直面型的人群,其息止颌位存在差异,息止颌间隙大小以高角垂直面型人群、均角垂直面型人群、低角垂直面型人群的顺序依次递增。
Objective To compare and analyze the differences between the maxilla, the low angle and the angle of the vertical face type of people in the same period. Methods According to the SN-MP angle of the cephalometric slice of the subjects, 20 subjects with high-angle, mean-angle and low-angle occlusion were collected. SN-MP ’values of each group of subjects were compared, the SN-MP’ values of high-angle group were compared with the mean-group ANOVA of P <0.05, the distribution was different, MP value P> 0.1, no statistical difference. The linear regression analysis showed that the parameter R = -0.72136, which was linearly negatively correlated with all the subjects’ information of resting maxillary space and SN-MP. Conclusions There is a difference in resting jaw position between different vertical face groups. The size of resting maxillary space group is in the order of high angle vertical face type, average angle vertical face type and low angle vertical face type.
