视网膜电图(Electroretinogram简称ERG)是视网膜对光刺激的综合电反应。自Holmgren(1865)首次记录以来,已有百余年历史。由于使用了不同的记录方法,包括“弥散ERG”及“局部ERG”的研究,对ERG的发生有了比较深刻的认识,并用于实验研究和临床,成为一种特征性的客观指标和参数。特别是近年来,采用了电子计算机的平均技术,记录平均视网膜电图(Averaged electroretinogram)显著地减少了由于干扰所产生的背景噪音,使ERG记录水平大为改观。鉴于国内尚未见有平均ERG实验研究的正式报告,今将我们实验研究的初步报告结果如下。
Electroretinogram (Electroretinogram referred to as ERG) is the retina to light stimulation of the integrated electrical response. More than a hundred years have passed since Holmgren (1865) first recorded. The use of different recording methods, including studies of “diffuse ERG” and “local ERG”, has gained a deep understanding of the occurrence of ERG and has become a characteristic objective indicator and parameter for experimental research and clinical practice. In recent years, in particular, average techniques of electronic computers have been employed. Recording Averaged electroretinogram significantly reduces the background noise due to interference and greatly improves ERG recording. In view of the fact that there is no official report on the average ERG experimental study in our country, the preliminary results of our experimental study are as follows.
