目的综述抗良性前列腺增生(BPH)药物作用靶点的基本生物学特征、与前列腺增生的关系。方法查阅近年来相关文献,对其进行分析、归纳和整理。结果与结论BPH的发病机制比较复杂,与多种酶和受体有关。近年来抗BPH的药物类别越来越多,其中有不少是作用于新的靶点,也发现了一些已知靶点的新作用。这些靶点主要包括:5α-还原酶、α1肾上腺素受体、磷酸二酯酶5、糖酵解酶、芳香化酶、生长因子和内皮素。
Objective To summarize the basic biological characteristics of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and its relationship with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods Consult the literature in recent years, analyze, summarize and sort it. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS The pathogenesis of BPH is complicated and related to various enzymes and receptors. In recent years, more and more types of anti-BPH drugs, many of which act on new targets, also found some new targets of known effects. These targets include: 5α-reductase, α1 adrenergic receptor, phosphodiesterase 5, glycolytic enzyme, aromatase, growth factor and endothelin.
