Objective To explore the difference between curative effect of minimally invasive small incision gastric cancer radical mastectomy and traditional laparotomy in the treatment of gastric cancer and to seek better surgical methods. Methods Eighty patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical surgery were randomly divided into minimally invasive group and traditional group. The operation time, blood loss during surgery, postoperative recovery (anal exhaust time, intestinal function recovery Time), hospital stay and postoperative complications. Results In the minimally invasive group, the operation time and blood loss during operation were significantly lower than those in the traditional group (P <0.05). The minimally invasive group (postoperative anal exhaust time, gut function recovery time ) And hospital stay were superior to the traditional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the incidence of postoperative complications in the minimally invasive group was 7.5% lower than the traditional group of 30.0%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 6.67, P <0.05). Conclusions Compared with the traditional laparotomy, minimally invasive radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding during operation, promote postoperative recovery and reduce the hospitalization time and postoperative complications. It is worthwhile widely used.
