保护与帮助是体操教学的一大特点,特别是在中学的体操教学中,由于学生身体素质不一、感觉能力不同,保护与帮助就尤为重要。在体操教学实践中,保护与帮助不但可以预防外伤的发生,而且可以增强学生的感知能力,加快学生掌握动作的速度。但在日常教学中,笔者发现教师在组织学生进行保护与帮助时忽视了两个问题,下面就这两个问题谈两点思考。一、留出时间,单独练习保护与帮助的方法是器械体操中常用的
Protection and help are one of the major characteristics of gymnastic teaching. Especially in the gymnastics teaching in secondary schools, it is especially important to protect and help students in different physical and mental capacities.
