运用DEA—Malmquist指数法,从不同经营规模的角度,对福建省93个样本农户的林业全要素生产率进行实证分析,发现2004~2009年间不同经营规模阶段的林业全要素生产率及其分解量差异明显:小规模经营农户林业全要素生产率增长较大,主要来源于技术效率的提高,技术进步指数较低;中等规模与大型规模经营农户林业全要素生产率变动不明显,技术进步指数较高,技术效率增长乏力;3个规模阶段的年均全要素生产率分解量的样本分布差距较大。林改后,以家庭为主体的规模经营在效率提高上尚存在不足,小规模经营的技术运用能力较低,鼓励林业的多种经营方式势在必行,推动林业的科技创新具有重要意义。
By using DEA-Malmquist index method, from the perspective of different management scale, this paper empirically analyzes the total factor productivity of forestry in 93 sample households in Fujian Province and finds that there is a significant difference in total factor productivity and its decomposition rate between 2004 and 2009 : The total factor productivity of small-scale farming households increased greatly, mainly due to the improvement of technical efficiency and low technological progress index. The changes of total factor productivity of forestry in middle-scale and large-scale management households were not obvious, the index of technological progress was higher, and the technical efficiency The growth rate is weak; the sample distribution of annual total factor productivity decomposition in the three scale stages is far behind. After the forest reform, the family-based scale operation still has some problems in efficiency improvement. The small-scale operation technology has a low ability of using technology. It is imperative to encourage diversified management modes of forestry to promote scientific and technological innovation in forestry.
