2005年5月21～22日,由山东大学经济研究中心、浙江大学经济学院、《经济研究》编辑部和哈尔滨商业大学主办,哈尔滨商业大学承办的“2005年度中国法经济学论坛”在哈尔滨召开。来自山东大学、浙江大学、中国社会科学院、北京大学、中国政法大学、中国人民大学、北京师范大学、中山大学、西北大学等众多高校和《经济研究》、《经济学家茶座》、人民出版社的50多位专家学者及研究人员参加了本次会议,参会论文50多篇。与会代表围绕中国法经济学的发展与学科建设、法经济学的基础理论、具体法律制度的经济分析和社会热点问题的法经济学分析展开了热烈而富有成效的讨论。
May 2005 21 ~ 22, by the Shandong University Economic Research Center, Zhejiang University School of Economics, “Economic Research” editorial department and organized by Harbin University of Commerce, Harbin University of Commerce hosted the “2005 China Law and Economics Forum” in Harbin held. From Shandong University, Zhejiang University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Sun Yat-sen University, Northwestern University and many other colleges and “economic research”, “economist Café,” People’s Publishing House More than 50 experts, scholars and researchers attended the conference and attended more than 50 papers. The delegates held a lively and fruitful discussion centering on the development of Chinese law and economics, the discipline construction, the basic theory of law and economics, the economic analysis of specific legal systems and the legal and economic analysis of hot issues in society.
