目的制备由苍术与艾叶等挥发油组成的苍艾鼻用微球,探究其最佳制备工艺,以增加挥发油在制剂中的稳定性,增强其疗效。方法以明胶与阿拉伯胶为载体,采用乳化交联法制备微球,并通过考察微球粒径、粒径分布载药量和包封率等指标,采用正交试验设计法优化微球的制备工艺;通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和紫外分光光度法等评价微球质量。结果在最佳制备工艺条件下,采用乳化法交联法所制备的苍艾微球形态圆整,粒径均匀,分散性良好,平均粒径为49.45μm,粒径跨度为0.32μm,平均载药量为7.46%,药物包封率为23.05%。结论优选制备工艺所得的微球具有很好的储存稳定性和操作重复性,工艺具有可行性。
OBJECTIVE To prepare the radix mayorium aeruginosa microspheres composed of the essential oils of Atractylodes lanceolata and Artemisiae argyi and explore their optimum preparation process so as to increase the stability of the essential oil in the preparation and enhance its curative effect. Methods Gelatin and gum arabic were used as carriers to prepare microspheres by emulsion cross-linking method. The microspheres were prepared by orthogonal experimental design by examining the microsphere diameter, particle size distribution drug loading and entrapment efficiency The microspheres were evaluated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and UV spectrophotometry. Results Under the optimal preparation conditions, the morphology, morphology and particle size of Cai Ai prepared by the method of emulsion crosslinking were good, the average particle size was 49.45 μm, the particle size span was 0.32 μm, the average load The dose was 7.46% and the drug entrapment efficiency was 23.05%. Conclusion The microspheres prepared by the best preparation process have good storage stability and repeatability, and the process is feasible.
