为了解决高温用铝制板翅式换热器中6061Al-Mg-Si合金锻制法兰焊接裂纹问题,分别从焊接应力、化学成分及金相组织三方面进行分析和验证试验,结果发现裂纹的产生与6061Al-Mg-Si合金棒料在高温下经长时间锻打,而后又进行正火处理和人工时效,造成材料的金相组织变化有关。通过改变填充金属、坡口参数及热处理工艺,不仅解决了焊接裂纹问题,而且接头的性能试验符合ASME规范第Ⅸ卷的评定要求。采用新焊接工艺生产的BS311铝制板翅式换热器,使用近两年,尚未发现问题。
In order to solve the welding crack problem of 6061Al-Mg-Si alloy forged flange in the heat exchanger made of aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger, the welding stress, chemical composition and microstructure were analyzed and verified respectively. The results showed that the crack Resulting in 6061Al-Mg-Si alloy bar at a high temperature forging after a long time, followed by normalizing and artificial aging, resulting in changes in the microstructure of the material. By changing the filler metal, groove parameters and heat treatment process, not only solves the welding crack problem, but also the joint performance test meets the assessment requirements of Volume IX of ASME Code. BS311 aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger produced by the new welding process has not seen any problems for nearly two years.
