国家电网公司实施“人、财、物”集约化管理及“大规划、大建设、大运行、大检修、大营销”的“三集五大”工作运行机制,对县级供电企业提出了更高的要求。笔者就新体制下如何开展县级供电企业员工培训工作,结合工作实际,提出存在的问题,指出加强和改进教育培训工作的意见和建议,旨在对企业员工培训工作起到积极推动作用。
