患儿,女,14岁。于1988年10月26日以右下腹部疼痛18天,且有包块4天入院。体检:T37.9℃,P107次/分,BP100/70mmHg,贫血貌,皮肤无异常。心尖区可闻及收缩期Ⅱ级吹风样杂音。肝浊音界在右侧第五肋间。上腹软,肝脾不大无叩击痛。右下腹可触及一约6×4×4cm包块,质硬不活动。有明显压痛反跳痛。闭孔试验(+),腰大肌试验(+),罗夫氏征(+),肠鸣音存在。化验:血色素9克,白细胞总数21700/mm~3,中性白细胞96％,淋巴细胞4％。出凝血时间均为30秒,血型“A”。诊断:1.急性阑尾炎(化脓

Liver dullness in the right fifth intercostal space. Abdominal soft, small spleen percussion pain. Right lower quadrant can reach about 6 × 4 × 4cm mass, hard inactivity. Obvious tenderness rebound tenderness. Closed-hole test (+), psoas muscle test (+), Rove’s sign (+), bowel sounds exist. Assay: 9 grams of hemoglobin, the total number of leukocytes 21700 / mm ~ 3, 96% of neutrophils, lymphocytes 4%. The coagulation time is 30 seconds, blood type “A”. Diagnosis: 1.
