Objective: To observe the changes of lymphocyte subsets in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and to explore its clinical significance. Methods: 60 cases of SIRS cases and 20 cases of control group were collected. Fluorescent McAbs were used to mark and count blood lymphocytes. Results: The number of CD3 + and CD4 + cells, the number of CD8 + cells and the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + in peripheral blood of patients with SIRS were significantly lower than those of normal controls (P <0.05). SIRS group CD19 + cells decreased compared with the control group. Conclusion: The function of lymphocytes in SIRS patients is inhibited, which is involved in the occurrence and development of SIRS.
