目的 通过对山东省大部分单位普通级大、小鼠病原体携带状况的调查 ,了解省内实验动物质量情况 ,以利于新国标的宣传和执行。方法 选取省内不同地区、不同单位的普通级大、小鼠 ,按清洁级标准对其所携带细菌病毒进行检测。结果 小鼠肝炎病毒 (MHV)和小鼠仙台病毒 (SV)血清抗体阳性率分别为 11%和 19%。小鼠淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎病毒 (LCMV)、汉坦病毒 (HV)和鼠痘病毒 (Ect )血清抗体均为阴性。大鼠HV、SV血清抗体均为阴性。细菌检测结果 ,Wistar大鼠支气管鲍特杆菌阳性率为 8 3% ,其余所检项目均为阴性 (支原体、泰泽氏菌未能检测 )。结论 山东省实验动物质量有了明显提高 ,达到了普通级要求 ;但是 ,MHV和SV的存在以及Wistar大鼠支气管鲍特杆菌的隐性感染 ,说明普及清洁级大小鼠是很有必要的
Objective To investigate the quality of experimental animals in the province through the survey of the general status of large-scale and pathogen-bearing mice in Shandong Province, in order to promote the publicity and implementation of the new national standard. Methods The general level large and small mice from different regions and units in the province were selected and tested for bacterial viruses according to the standard of cleanliness. Results The positive rates of mouse hepatitis virus (MHV) and mouse Sendai virus (SV) were 11% and 19% respectively. Mouse lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV), Hantaan virus (HV) and mouse pox virus (Ect) serum antibodies were negative. Rat HV, SV serum antibodies were negative. The results of bacterial tests showed that the positive rate of Boutobacterium bronchiseptica was 83% in Wistar rats, and all the other tests were negative (Mycoplasma andThirtensis failed to detect). Conclusion The quality of experimental animals in Shandong Province has been significantly improved, reaching the normal level requirements; However, the presence of MHV and SV, as well as the recessive infection of Wistar rats with B. pertussis, indicating the popularity of clean-level mouse is necessary
