高中生在心理上是存在差异的因此对数学的喜好好、对数学的接受能力也是存在差异的,我们在教学中仍采用“一刀切”的模式,已经根本不符合当前的素质教育要求了。“分层教学”则是一种能面向全体学生较好的方法,为学生全面发展,为了学生素质的普遍提升。我结合自己的教学经验和实践,阐述一下我的“分层教学”的实施情况望以共勉。
