目的观察早期抚触对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿智力发育的影响。方法对82例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿在完成系统的新生儿期多项评估和规范治疗后,随机分为抚触组42例和对照组40例,干预组从新生儿期开始接受为期36个月干预治疗,所有病例均于出生后每隔3~6个月进行智能发育测查。抚触组的患儿由父母对自己的孩子进行抚触,每天2~3次,每次15~20min,持续24个月,观察期为12个月,所有病例均于生后4周、16周、28周、40周、52周、18月、24月、36月采用Gesell发育量表测评两组患儿的智能发育商数(DQ)并进行对比分析。结果抚触组DQ高于对照组,两组DQ比较差别有高度显著性(t=6.42,P<0.01)。结论早期抚触能提高新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的DQ,有效地减少后遗症。
Objective To observe the effect of early touch on the intellectual development of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Eighty-two neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into two groups: 42 patients in the stroke group and 40 patients in the control group after completion of systematic multiple neonatal evaluation and standard therapy. The intervention group started from the neonatal period A 36-month interventional treatment was performed. All cases were tested for intelligence development every 3 to 6 months after birth. Touching group of children by their parents to touch their children, 2 to 3 times a day, each 15 ~ 20min, for 24 months, the observation period of 12 months, all cases were 4 weeks after birth, 16 Weeks, 28 weeks, 40 weeks, 52 weeks, 18 months, 24 months and 36 months. The children’s intelligence quotient (DQ) was measured by Gesell’s developmental scale and analyzed comparatively. Results The level of DQ in stroke group was higher than that in control group. There was a significant difference in DQ between the two groups (t = 6.42, P <0.01). Conclusion Early stroke can improve DQ in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and reduce sequelae effectively.
