1997年 12月日本学者真弓忠等用目前世界上最先进的寻找新基因的方法———代表性差异分析技术(RepresentationalDifferenceAnalysis,RDA)首先发现了TTV。此后关于TTV的研究成为肝炎病毒研究的热点。许多证据表明 ,TTV是一种没有包膜的单股、环状负链DNA病毒 ,有可能是人类的第一个环状病毒 ,Muchahwar等将其暂时归为环形病毒科。本文总结了TTV发现以来的研究概况 ,如TTV的核酸结构、序列变异与分型 ,TTV在各地区及各种危险人群的存在 ,TTV感染与肝病之间的关系 ,而且总结了TTV感染的基本特点 ,TTV感染的检测的方法 ,以及TTV研究现存的问题及其展望。
In December 1997, Japanese scholar Shinobu Matsugawa first discovered TTV by using the most advanced method of finding new genes in the world --- Representational Difference Analysis (RDA). Since then, the research on TTV has become a hot spot in the research of hepatitis virus. There is a lot of evidence that TTV is an uncoated, single-stranded, negative-stranded DNA virus, possibly the first human circulatory virus, which Muchahwar et al. Temporarily classified as a circovirus. This article summarizes the research results since the discovery of TTV, such as the nucleic acid structure, sequence variation and typing of TTV, the presence of TTV in various regions and various dangerous populations, the relationship between TTV infection and liver disease, and summarizes the basic TTV infection Characteristics, detection of TTV infection, and the existing problems and prospects of TTV research.
