图书馆是高校中的重要组成部分,是教师、学生获取知识、信息的重要场所。要加强对图书馆的管理,为学生和教师提供更加优质的服务,就要贯彻和落实人本管理的理念,坚持以人为本,提供人性化的服务,使高校图书馆管理工作实现良好的效果。本文就人本管理的理念及意义进行分析,探究人本管理在高校图书馆创新管理中的应用。
