中国作物学会安徽省分会于1965年12月上旬在合肥召开水稻专題学术討論会。会議着重总結交流了农垦五十八及水稻塑料薄膜育秧的技术經驗。到会代表包括农业行政、技术推广、科学研究及农业院校等单位的农业科学技术工作者共一百零二人。这次会議的特点是突出政治,突出为生产服务的方針。会議开始,由省科委負責同志作了农业科技工作者革命化問題的报告,并进行了討論,使与会同志更认清了当前形势和农业科技工作者的任务,树立了三大观点。会議收到的論文,绝大部份是样板田的总结和大田調查材料。到会代表有些原来是在行政部門或科学研究单位的同志,經过下去蹲点搞样板之后,接触了生产实际,对生产中的实际問題了解更多,因此,会議討論的中心多为生产中的关鍵問題,同时提出来的措施,也比較更适合我省当前的实际情况。 Anhui Branch of China Crop Science Society held a special symposium on rice in Hefei in early December 1965. The meeting focused on the exchange of agricultural reclamation 58 and rice plastic film seedlings of technical experience. A total of 102 agricultural scientific and technological workers will be represented on behalf of the units including agricultural administration, technology promotion, scientific research and agricultural institutions. The meeting is characterized by prominent politics, highlighting the principle of production services. The meeting began with the report made by the responsible comrades of the Provincial Science and Technology Commission on the revolutionization of agricultural science and technology workers and the discussions were made so that participating comrades could clearly recognize the current situation and the tasks of agricultural scientists and technicians and set three major points of view. Most of the papers received by the conference were a summary of the model field and field survey materials. To attend the meeting, some comrades who used to be in the administrative departments or scientific research units came into contact with the actual production after going through a series of exercises and learned more about the actual problems in production. Therefore, most of the discussions at the conference center were conducted in production The key issues at the same time proposed measures, but also more suitable for the current actual situation in our province.
