目的:探讨固定矫治器联合改良Twin-block矫治器对年轻成人安氏II2错的疗效。方法:选取15例13.5～20岁年轻成人安氏II2错病例,先使用固定矫治器迅速调整上切牙转矩度,再使用改良Twi n-bl ock矫治器,同时采用固定矫治器调整上下颌间关系。以X线头影测量分析法评价疗效。结果:所有病例矫治后覆、覆盖正常,咬合关系理想,面部美观改善。下颌骨向前调位,下面高增加。结论:固定矫治器可以快速、精确地调整切牙角度,获得理想的颌间关系。改良Twin-block矫治器能够产生矫形作用,利于患者取得良好面型,两者联合使用,效果满意。
Objective: To investigate the effect of fixed appliance combined with modified Twin-block appliance on Angle's malocclusion in young adults. Methods: Fifteen cases of Angle II2 malocclusion in young adults from 13.5 to 20 years old were selected. First, the torque of upper incisor was adjusted by fixed appliance firstly. Then the modified Twi n-bl ock appliance was used. At the same time, Mandibular relationship. X-ray cephalometric analysis to evaluate the efficacy. Results: All cases were covered with after correction, covering normal, occlusal relationship ideal, facial appearance improved. Mandibular forward adjustment, the following high increase. Conclusion: The fixed appliance can quickly and accurately adjust the angle of incisor to obtain the ideal intermaxillary relationship. Improved Twin-block appliance can produce orthopedic effect, which will help patients get a good shape, the two combined use of satisfactory results.
