目的:研究槌果藤实乙醇提取物水溶液对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法:采用一次性被动回避式条件反射的方法(跳台法)研究槌果藤实对东莨菪碱造成的小鼠记忆障碍的改善作用。结果:槌果藤实乙醇提取物水溶液(1．0、1．5 g／kg),能明显改善东莨蒙菪碱所致的记忆获得障碍。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of aqueous solution of mangosteen ethanol extract on learning and memory function in mice. Methods: A one-time passive avoidance conditioned reflex method was used to study the improvement of scopolamine-induced memory impairment in mice. RESULTS: The aqueous ethanol extract solution (1.0, 1.5 g/kg) of Mangosteen can significantly improve the memory impairment caused by scopolamine.
