从水工专业的实际情况出发,以能力本位的高职教育理念为指导,在对学生成长与成才必备的三项能力分析的基础上,设计了培养学生思想道德、文化素质、专业能力、职业精神的高职水工专业教学体系。该教学体系以核心岗位职业能力培养为主线,以实践能力训练为依托,以工程项目为载体,以工学结合为特色,确立了“2岗3练4融合”的人才培养模式,并以“4融合”为突破口,强调教学体系实施的要点,使设计的教学体系具有可以实现的目标和可行的措施。
