黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离较少见,治疗困难。1995～1997年我院共收治黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离12例,采用玻璃体腔注气术治疗,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 12例(12只眼)中,男8例,女4例。年龄13～60岁。右眼7例,左眼5例。高度近视5例,外伤2例,高度近视合并外伤1例,原因不明4例。病程1周～1.5年,多数在3个月以内。单纯黄斑裂孔9例,合并周边裂孔及变性3例。黄斑裂孔多为圆型、椭圆型,大小为1/4～1/2 PD(视盘直径),裂孔均为红色。视网膜脱离1～2个象限9例,3个象限2例,4个象限1例。按1983年
Macular hole retinal detachment is rare, difficult to treat. From 1995 to 1997 in our hospital were treated macular hole retinal detachment in 12 cases, the use of vitrectomy gas injection, and achieved satisfactory results, are as follows. 1 clinical data in 12 cases (12 eyes), 8 males and 4 females.
