湖南省湘潭市总工会办公室报道2015年湘潭市122家市直单位与86家困难企业结对帮扶。2014年,湘潭市共有3.2万名参联帮扶干部联系2.8万名困难职工,帮助企业转型发展、促进民生改善。同时通过开展项目化帮扶,有针对性地帮助困难职工解决各种生活难题。湘潭市还建立了四级网络化帮扶中心(站、点)436家,其中,湘潭市总工会帮扶中心获评全国工会维权服务示范单位。 Xiangtan City, Hunan Province Federation of Trade Unions office reported in 2015 in Xiangtan City, 122 cities directly under the units and 86 difficult businesses paired help.
