企业文化,是指企业员工在从事商品经营活动中所共同具有的理想信念、价值观念和行为准则,是外显于厂风厂貌,内显于员工心灵中的以价值观为核心的一种意识形态,是一个企业或组织在自身发展过程中形成的以价值观为核心的独特管理方式,是一种凝聚人心以实现自我价值、提升企业竞争力的无形力量和资本。近年来,世界经济的动态性、竞争性、创新性、快速增长性大大加快了,这就使得企业文化也随之不断发生深刻变化,同时也要求企业要适应变化了的形势,夯实企业文化的基础,大力提升企业的竞争力。
Corporate culture refers to the ideals, beliefs, values, and standards of conduct that employees of a company have in common in commodity management activities.
