采用有限元法进行应力计算，用Ｆｏｒｔｒａｎ７７语言编制了有限元程序，在Ｆｏｒｔｒａｎ Ｐｏｗｅｒ－Ｓｔａｔｉｏｎ ４．０的环境下运行，研究了几何龟裂表面对耐磨堆焊层耐磨性的影响．结果表明，几何龟裂可以使焊 接残余应力得到松弛，在某些条件下，可能使表面耐磨料磨损性能得到提高。
The finite element method was used to calculate the stress. The finite element program was compiled with Fortran77 language and run under the Fortran Power-Station 4.0 environment. The effect of geometric cracked surface on the wear resistance of hardfacing layer was studied. The results show that the geometric cracks can make the welding residual stress relaxation, under certain conditions, the wear resistance of the surface may be improved.
