烟台集装箱公司从成立那天起,就开始培育自身的企业文化,在公司16年的发展历程中,逐步形成了具有自身企业特色的企业文化。公司的发展大致经过了起步、发展、徘徊、跨越四个阶段。不同的阶段,由于环境、技术、信息、市场以及采取对策不同,对企业文化的构筑和塑造产生了不同的影响,都直接或间接地推动了企业文化的形成和发展。
