传统的几何建模、特征建模提供了完备的零件几何信息、非几何信息(如公差、表面粗糙度、材料等)的表达方法,但它不能表达和存储装配体组成部件之间的相互关系。装配建模在几何建模和特征建模的基础上,提供了一种集成设计环境来支持基于功能观点的产品定义。本文首先给出了零件的匹配条件,并根据匹配关系建立产品装配模型,其次分析了影响装配建模的误差因素,并结合实例说明应用。
Traditional geometric modeling and feature modeling provide a complete representation of part geometry, non-geometric information (such as tolerances, surface roughness, materials, etc.), but it can not express and store the interrelationships between assembly components . Assembly Modeling Based on geometric modeling and feature modeling, an integrated design environment is provided to support product definitions based on functional perspectives. In this paper, the matching conditions of parts are given first, and the product assembly model is established according to the matching relationship. Secondly, the error factors that affect assembly modeling are analyzed, and the application is illustrated with examples.
