目的:通过体外传代培养齿龈内阿米巴,研究中药牙膏在体外对齿龈内阿米巴的抑制作用,为人们日常口腔保健提供实验依据。方法:采用甲苯胺蓝染色法,测试4种中药牙膏和1种普通牙膏相同混悬度和相同牙膏不同混悬度对齿龈内阿米巴的体外抑制作用。结果:牙膏混悬液浓度分别为50、25、12.5、6.25mg/ml时,不同实验牙膏对体外培养的齿龈内阿米巴的致死时间相差较大,且同种中药牙膏在体外对齿龈内阿米巴的抑制作用存在浓度依赖性(P<0.05),在一定范围内,牙膏混悬液的浓度越高,在体外对齿龈内阿米巴的抑制作用越强。结论:4种中药牙膏对体外培养的齿龈内阿米巴均有抑制作用,且效果优于普通牙膏。
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effect of traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste on Entamoeba gingivalis in vitro by means of subculture in vitro and to provide experimental basis for daily oral health care. Methods: Toluidine blue staining method was used to test the inhibitory effect of four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste and one kind of ordinary toothpaste on the same degree of suspension and the same degree of suspension of toothpaste on the in vitro gingivalitis. Conclusion: The four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste have inhibitory effects on the cultured Amoeba gingivalis, and the effect is better than ordinary toothpaste.
