:根据合金凝固过程中的守恒定律和传输原理,建立了纤维二元合金复合材料的凝固模型。利用所建立的模型,对Al2O3AlCu复合材料的凝固过程进行了数据模拟,研究了复合材料凝固时溶质传输和分布及其对纤维基体界面的影响。模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。
According to the conservation law and transmission principle during the solidification of alloy, a solidification model of the fiber binary alloy composite was established. Using the established model, the solidification process of Al2O3AlCu composite was simulated. The solute transport and distribution during solidification and the effect on the interface of the fiber matrix were investigated. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results.
