造纸法再造烟叶的生产过程中,涂布后的干燥工序对后续的加工处理及成品的感官品质起着至关重要的作用。目前国内造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中,涂布后一般采用热风烘道进行干燥。热风烘道的结构、运行温度、热风风速及控制形式等不但影响产品干燥的速率和生产的效率,而且其干燥的速度和温度还将影响烟草薄片的感官品质。通过对热风烘道工作原理介绍、在再造烟叶生产过程中的工艺流程和生产应用等方面的分析探讨,阐述了热风干燥技术在造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中的使用,为设备的优化及生产过程的控制提供参考。
