建立了应用气相色谱法同时测定食品中二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、花生四烯酸(AA)、亚麻酸(LNA)和亚油酸(LA)含量的方法。对比了HP-5,HP-INNNOWAX和HP-88三种色谱柱对脂肪酸甲酯的分离效果,其中HP-INNNOWAX色谱柱具有分离好,测定时间短的特点。采用了三氟化硼-甲醇溶液和盐酸-甲醇溶液两种甲酯化试剂,其中三氟化硼-甲醇溶液甲酯化具有较好回收率。方法的精密度在0.6~1.3%之间,回收率在86~93%之间,能满足分析测定的需要,本方法具有快速,简便的特点。
A method for the simultaneous determination of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), arachidonic acid (AA), linolenic acid (LNA) and linoleic acid ) Content of the method. The separation of fatty acid methyl esters from HP-5, HP-INNNOWAX and HP-88 columns was compared. HP-INNNOWAX column has the advantages of good separation and short determination time. Two kinds of methyl esterification reagents were used, which were boron trifluoride-methanol solution and hydrochloric acid-methanol solution. Methyltrifluoride-methanol solution had the best recovery. The precision of the method is between 0.6% and 1.3%, and the recovery rate is between 86% and 93%, which can meet the needs of analytical determination. The method has the advantages of quickness and simplicity.
