目的:运用近红外光谱分析技术(NIRS)快速测定砂仁中水分。方法:采用减压干燥法测定砂仁样品中的水分,用标准归一化法和二阶导数法同时对光谱进行预处理,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立砂仁中水分的近红外定量分析模型。结果:所建模型的校正集内部交叉验证相关系数(R2),校正均方差(RMSEC),预测校正均方差(RMSEP)和性能指数(PI)分别为0.986 7,0.242,0.285,92.5。结论:该方法具有简便、快速、准确、无损等特点,可用于砂仁中水分的快速测定。
Objective: To rapidly determine the water content in Amomum villosum by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Methods: The water content of Amomum villosum was determined by vacuum drying method. The spectra were pretreated simultaneously by standard normalization and second derivative methods. The partial least square method (PLS) Analysis model. Results: Correlation coefficient (R2), RMSEC, RMSEP and PI of the calibration set were 0.986 7,0.242,0.285 and 92.5 respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, non-destructive and can be used for the rapid determination of moisture in Amomum villosum.
