目的了解公主岭市初中生的健康素养状况及其影响因素,为学校开展学生健康素养研究提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取500名初中学生,通过问卷进行健康素养现状调查,分析影响因素。结果公主岭市初中生健康基本知识和理念得分为40.29±6.79;健康行为与生活方式得分为30.56±8.01;健康基本技能得分为11.04±3.80;健康素养总分为81.89±10.42。单因素分析显示学生生源地、不同年级以及父母的文化程度对初中生的健康素养有影响。结论公主岭市初中生具备一定的健康素养知识,学校、家庭和社会可采取多种措施对学生进行健康教育,提高学生健康素养水平。
Objective To understand the health literacy status of junior high school students in Gongzhuling City and its influencing factors, and to provide the basis for the study of school health literacy. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to collect 500 middle school students. The status quo of health literacy was investigated through questionnaire, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The score of basic knowledge and concept of health of junior high school students in Gongzhuling city was 40.29 ± 6.79, the score of healthy behavior and life style was 30.56 ± 8.01, the score of basic health skill was 11.04 ± 3.80 and the score of health literacy was 81.89 ± 10.42. Univariate analysis showed that students’ origin, grades and parental literacy had an impact on the health literacy of junior high school students. Conclusion Junior high school students in Gongzhuling city have certain knowledge of health literacy. Schools, families and the community can take various measures to improve students’ health literacy and health education.
