It provides a unique perspective on the cognitive mechanism of brain dysfunction and brain functional imaging to explore the plasticity of human brain during its development. This article summarizes the recent advances in the study of cortical plasticity in the hearing impaired population from three aspects: (1) the impact of early auditory deprivation on cross-passage reorganization; (2) the effect of late auditory deprivation on intra-coronal reorganization; (3) Explanations of the mechanism of intracerebral tissue remodeling include the relationship between the time of cross-passage reorganization and the different stages of neural development, and the neural mechanisms of cross-passage reorganization. These studies provide a powerful theoretical basis for the rehabilitation training of hearing-impaired people
