对高频电主轴的发热及损耗状况进行了分析，指出了影响电主轴寿命的主要因素和不同于普通异步电机的特点，并提出了减小其损耗和改进其冷却状况的措施。“,”This paper analyses condition of calorification and wastage of high-frequency grinding spindles, and expounds the primary factor which lower life-span of high-frequency grinding spindles and peculiarities which are different compare with common induction motors. Moreover, the paper puts forward some measures that can reduce wastage and improve cooling condition of high-frequency grinding spindles.
