目的:研究不同材料金属烤瓷冠磁共振成像伪影的情况。方法:将全瓷冠作为参照,制作5种不同材料的烤瓷冠模型,使用MRI对其进行检查,设备场强设为1.5T,使用GRE T2WI、SE T1WI、FSE T2WI、FSE T1WI、FLAIR T1WI、FLAIR T2WI这6种不同的序列分别测量每组模型产生的伪影面积。结果:同一种序列中不同材料模型对伪影大小产生的影响不同,并且数据差异具有统计学意义,金钯烤瓷冠、银钯烤瓷冠与全瓷冠差异较小。结论:全瓷冠及贵金属材料烤瓷冠可作为固定修复的首选,MRI检查时应尽量避免使用GRE序列进行扫描。
Objective: To study the magnetic resonance imaging artifacts of porcelain crowns with different materials. Methods: Five porcelain crowns with different materials were made by using all-ceramic crowns as a reference, and the MRI model was used to test the porcelain crowns. The field strength was set to 1.5T. Using GRE T2WI, SE T1WI, FSE T2WI, FSE T1WI and FLAIR T1WI , FLAIR T2WI these six different sequences were measured for each model generated artifacts area. Results: The effects of different material models in the same sequence on the size of artifacts were different, and the differences were statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the porcelain crowns and the porcelain crowns. Conclusion: All-ceramic crowns and precious metal porcelain crowns are the first choice for the fixation and repair. MRI scanning should avoid scanning with GRE sequence.
