目的对国人膝关节腓侧副韧带进行解剖观察,以积累国人体质资料和为临床腓侧副韧带修复与重建提供解剖学依据。方法对61侧成人膝关节标本进行解剖,观察与测量腓侧副韧带形态及与周围结构关系。结果腓侧副韧带恒定出现,长(61.41±6.21)mm,中点宽(4.14±0.74)mm,厚(1.96±0.37)mm。腓侧副韧带与腘肌腱夹角41.8°±7.5°,与腘腓韧带前缘距离(9.67±3.87)mm,距腓肠豆韧带(9.66±2.92)mm。结论腓侧副韧带位于膝关节后外侧结构浅层,恒定出现,可作为辨认膝关节后外侧结构的标志。
Objective To anatomize the peroneal collateral ligament of the knee joint of Chinese to provide an anatomical basis for the accumulation of Chinese physical data and for the repair and reconstruction of the fibular collateral ligament. Methods Sixty-one adult knee specimens were dissected and the relationship between the morphology of peroneal ligament and the surrounding structures was observed and measured. Results The collateral ligament of the fibular was constant (61.41 ± 6.21 mm in length, 4.14 ± 0.74 mm in width and 1.96 ± 0.37 mm in thickness). The angle between the fibular collateral ligament and the patella tendon was 41.8 ° ± 7.5 °, and the distance from the tip of the popliteal ligament was (9.67 ± 3.87) mm, and the distance from the peritonaeum banding ligament (9.66 ± 2.92) mm. Conclusion The fibular collateral ligament is located in the superficial posterior lateral structure of the knee joint and appears constantly. It can be used as a marker to identify the posterolateral structure of the knee joint.
