责任心作为个性的重要组成部分,直接影响着青少年的素养及全面发展。具有责任心的个体,不仅更容易在学习与工作中成功,而且对社会的发展与进步、和谐与稳定起到巨大的促进作用。责任心包括责任认知、责任情感和责任意志行动三个维度。依据皮亚杰的道德发展理论以及凯尔曼的态度形成与转变的理论,责任心的形成与发展要经历三个阶段:服从、认同和内化。在这三个阶段中,个体的责任认知、责任情感和责任意志行动均有不同的表现,并且三个成分在不同发展阶段相互影响、相互促进,进而推动个体的责任心从量变到质变、从低级到高级、从他律到自律发展,逐步达成责任心的内化,纳入个体个性品质中,再外化为具体的行动并指导社会生活实践。
As an important part of personality, responsibility has a direct impact on the literacy and overall development of young people. Responsible individuals are not only more likely to succeed in study and work, but also play an enormous role in promoting the development, progress, harmony and stability of society. Responsibility includes cognition of responsibility, responsibility and emotion and responsibility and action in three dimensions. According to Piaget’s theory of moral development and Kelman’s theory of the formation and transformation of attitudes, the formation and development of sense of responsibility go through three stages: submission, identification and internalization. In these three stages, individual’s responsibility cognition, responsibility and emotion and responsibility will have different behaviors, and the three components interact and promote each other at different stages of development, thereby promoting individual responsibility from quantitative change to qualitative change, From low to high level, from his law to self-discipline development, and gradually achieve the internalization of responsibility, into individual personality qualities, and then turned into concrete actions and guide social life practice.
