HDL 亚组份间的代谢转化受许多酶和 Apo 的调节控制。血浆 LPL 活性与 HDL_2的水平呈正相关。LCAT 促进 HDL 对 Ch 的摄取,与 HDL_2特别是Apo E-HDL 的形成有关。Apo E-HDL 对外周组织细胞 Ch 水平的调节有重要作用。
Metabolism among HDL subunits is regulated by many enzymes and Apo. Plasma LPL activity was positively correlated with the level of HDL_2. LCAT promotes HDL uptake of Ch, which is related to the formation of HDL 2, especially Apo E-HDL. Apo E-HDL plays an important role in regulating the level of Ch cells in peripheral tissues.
