目前,培养和选拔跨世纪年轻干部,已成为党的组织建设的三顶任务之一,提到了各级党组织的面前。企业中经过近几年的改革和班子的逐步调整,从总体上看,领导班子的结构趋于合理,平均年龄有所下降,但在指导思想上求全求稳,视野不够开阔,提拔使用年轻干部的步伐还跟不上形势的要求,在一定程度上影响下企业的活力。因此,企业党组织必须把努力造就政治坚强、思想作风过硬、德才兼备的干部队伍放在首要位置。
At present, cultivating and selecting cross-century young cadres has become one of the top three tasks of the party’s organizational construction. It has referred to party organizations at all levels. After reforms in recent years and the gradual adjustment of the team in enterprises, the overall structure of the leadership has become more rational and the average age has declined. However, in seeking guidance and seeking steadiness, the vision is not broad enough, and the use of young officers is promoted. The pace of development has not kept pace with the requirements of the situation and has, to a certain degree, affected the vitality of enterprises. Therefore, the party organizations of enterprises must put their cadres who are strong in politics, strong in their ideological style, and equipped with both ability and political integrity.
