针对实际生产中存在的声波测井仪器的一致性比较差 ,发射声波能量和接收灵敏度比较低等问题 ,用声波测井波动声学的原理讨论声波测井频率对声波时差和声幅测量结果的影响。对于裸眼井声波测井波形中的首波来讲 ,其速度随频率变化比较小 ,但是 ,幅度受井孔的固有频率影响 ,随频率变化比较大。这样 ,声波测井仪器的压电换能器频率的一致性是影响仪器性能、造成上述问题的主要原因。用导纳圆测量的方法给出了确定声波测井压电换能器频率一致性的具体技术。为了提高仪器的性能指标 ,提出了配对更换压电换能器的仪器检修方法。结合井内固有频率选择相应的声波测井仪器 ,可以达到增加针对性 ,减少盲目性 ,有效地提高测井成功率的目的
Aiming at the problems such as the poor consistency of the acoustic logging tools in actual production and the low acoustic emission and receiving sensitivity, the principle of sonic wave logging is used to discuss the influence of sonic logging frequency on the measurement results of sonic time difference and amplitude . For the first wave in the open-hole sonic waveform, the velocity changes little with the frequency, but the amplitude is affected by the natural frequency of the borehole and varies greatly with the frequency. In this way, the consistency of the piezoelectric transducer frequency of the acoustic logging instrument is the main reason that affects the performance of the instrument and causes the above problems. The method to measure the admittance circle gives the specific technique to determine the frequency consistency of acoustic logging piezoelectric transducer. In order to improve the performance index of the instrument, an instrument inspection method of matching and replacing the piezoelectric transducer is proposed. Combined with the natural frequency of the well, the corresponding sonic logging tools can be selected to increase the pertinence, reduce the blindness and effectively improve the logging success rate
