为了解民营医院医务人员的工作满意度情况,调查了深圳市10家具有一定规模的民营医院,对调查结果进行统计分析,找出了问题所在,分析了影响因素,并提出若干对策,以期为民营医院的人力资源管理提供参考。
In order to understand the job satisfaction of medical staff in private hospitals, we investigated 10 private hospitals in Shenzhen with a certain scale. We analyzed the survey results, found out the problems, analyzed the influencing factors, and proposed some countermeasures. Private hospitals provide reference for human resource management.
