目的观察湖区钉螺脱离孳生环境后的存活时间以了解其是否具备远距离被动扩散的时间条件。方法2008年3月26日在洞庭湖洲滩捕集钉螺,采用爬行法和压碎法鉴别钉螺的死活。随机将活钉螺以100只为1组(共20组)分装普通信封,置室温下每隔3d观察1组,计算钉螺的存活率。结果洞庭湖洲滩钉螺离开孳生环境后在无水、无食物的情况下,10d内仅有少数钉螺死亡,至第30d时的存活率为86.00%;第42d后其存活率快速下降,至51d存活率为21.00%;观察至60d时仍有少量钉螺存活。结论湖区钉螺离开孳生环境后的存活时间较长,能够以各种形式远距离被动扩散。
Objective To observe the survival time of Oncomelania snails from the breeding environment in the lake to find out whether it has the time condition of long-distance passive diffusion. METHODS: Oncomelania hupensis was collected on March 26, 2008 in Chaotian Lake, Dongting Lake. The crawling and crushing methods were used to identify the snails. Random snails to 100 as a group (a total of 20 groups) ordinary envelopes, set at room temperature every 3 days to observe a group to calculate the survival rate of snails. Results After the snail of Dongting Lake had left the breeding environment, only a few snails die within 10 days in the absence of food and water, and the survival rate was 86.00% after 30 days. After 42 days, the survival rate of snails dropped rapidly to 51 days The survival rate was 21.00%. A small amount of snail survived till 60 days. Conclusion The survival time of Oncomelania snails in the lake area after leaving breeding environment is relatively long, and it can diffuse in various forms at long range.
