[目的]用多种方法检查钝性砸伤法建立的大鼠软组织损伤模型,观察此种动物模型的病理生理变化及这些检查方法对此种模型的敏感性。[方法]6只大鼠麻醉后用500g重的砝码从30cm高处自由下落砸伤腓肠肌,d30与正常组6只大鼠进行对比观察。[结果]造模组与正常组比较,除红外线检查未发现明显区别外,微循环血流灌注检查、超声检查及病理检查2组差异都有统计学意义。[结论]微循环血流灌注检查、超声检查及病理检查可用于钝性砸伤法建立的大鼠软组织损伤模型的观察。
[Objective] To investigate the pathological changes of the animal model and the sensitivity of these methods to the soft tissue injury model established by blunt trauma. [Methods] Six rats were anesthetized, and 500 g weight was used to drop the gastrocnemius muscle free from the height of 30 cm. The d30 and 6 normal rats were compared. [Results] Compared with the normal group, no significant difference was found between the model group and the normal group. There was significant difference between the microcirculation perfusion examination, ultrasonography and pathological examination in the two groups. [Conclusion] Microcirculation perfusion, ultrasonography and pathological examination can be used to observe the soft tissue injury induced by blunt trauma in rats.
