建立某型机车牵引装置三角架优化模型,采用拓扑优化技术对机车牵引装置三角架进行优化。优化结果表明,优化后的三角架在各个工况下最大应力和最大位移较优化前都明显降低,应力分布也更均匀,同时优化后结构的重量降低了约6.8%,达到了轻量化的效果。最后经分析验证,优化后三角架结构强度和稳定性均满足要求。
The optimization model of tripod traction device for a locomotive is established, and the topology optimization technology is used to optimize the tripod traction locomotive. The results of optimization show that the optimized tripod can significantly reduce the maximum stress and the maximum displacement before optimization, and the stress distribution is more uniform. At the same time, the weight of the optimized structure is reduced by about 6.8% and the weight reduction is achieved . Finally, after analysis and verification, the strength and stability of the optimized tripod structure meet the requirements.
