作为新课程倡导的三大学习方式之一的合作学习,不仅仅是一种只有形式的技术,在其形式背后隐含着极其丰富的教学内涵,倡导合作学习不是为了追求表象上的“活动”。目前中小学课堂中的合作学习普遍存在“有合作之形,而无合作之实”之嫌。教师必须传授必要的合作技巧,构建合理的合作小组,建立有序的合作规范,才能实现真正意义上的合作学习。现根据我班级的具体情况谈谈我本人的一些粗浅的认识。
