按照测量不确定度评定的基本方法和程序对渔船船用救生衣布料进行评定,以经纬各1组(各10块)的渔船船用救生衣包布——绦纶牛津布为研究对象,建立数学模型,分析其抗拉破断强度不确定度分量来源,评定不确定度,合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。找出最大的不确定度分量——人员读数误差引起的不确定度,明确分析出渔船船用救生衣布料在进行抗拉破断强度的检测过程中应该控制的关键点,并对影响测量结果的不确定度的因素加以控制,保证测量的准确性,以便能够充分反映实验室对于检测结果的可靠性和准确性,同时督促检测人员提高技术水平。研究结果将对提高渔船船用救生衣布料的检测水平提供技术支持。
