“人文体育”是通过体育学练、体悟,将其中蕴涵的人文精神内化为人的品格、气质。人文体育的内化就是通过体育的学练将体育中的团结、友谊、竞争、合作、规则、吃苦、拼搏等人类特有的精神彰显出来,把体育中的道德规范转化为自身的内在需要,成为受教育者的思想观念,并且转化为个体内在的行为准则和价值目标的过程。“以贤润教”关注学生健康快乐成长,围绕着精神家园的浸润、良知的培育与践行来展开、来进行。由单一的知识技能传授转向知识技能学练、能力培养、人格塑造的有机结合,营造民主和谐、有人文内涵、学生乐学的小学体育课堂氛围。
