分别采用溴量法、肟化法和重量法对药物合成中间体３ ＨＰＥ的含量进行测定，并对三种方法进行了比较．结果表明，溴量法操作简便，重现性好，干扰较少，准确度较高，适于工厂车间中间体快速分析使用．
The contents of 3 HPE in the synthetic drug intermediates were determined by bromine method, oximation method and gravimetric method, respectively. The three methods were compared. The results show that the bromine method is simple, reproducible, less interference and more accurate. It is suitable for the rapid analysis of the plant workshop intermediates.
