本文应用聚丙烯酰胺凝液盘电泳对肝片形吸虫和华枝睾吸虫成虫的苹果酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶、酯酶和过氧化物酶进行了分离和研究。两种吸虫4种酶的同工酶电泳型在区带数和/或迁移率、活性上均不相同,显示两个虫种之间有明显差异。但两种吸虫的苹果酸脱氢酶和酯酶存在着位置相同的同工酶带,说明两种吸虫在遗传上有一定的联系。本研究显示两种吸虫同工酶型的差异为从分子水平上区分和鉴定它们提供了证据。
In this paper, polyacrylamide gel disk electrophoresis of adult liver Fasciola and Clonorchis sinensis malate dehydrogenase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, esterase and peroxidase were isolated and studied. The isozyme electrophoresis patterns of the four species of the two flukes showed different bands and / or mobility and activity, indicating significant differences between the two species. However, the two isolates of malate dehydrogenase and esterase exist the same isozyme band, indicating that the two flukes have a genetic relationship. This study shows that the differences between the two flukes isozyme patterns provide evidence to distinguish and identify them at the molecular level.
